2. Who can purchase from this online store?
Online purchases can only be made by Certikin trade account holders who have registered for a website account.
3. What shipping charges do I have with e-commerce?
Shipping will be added to your website order once processed by our team. Details of charges can be found here.
4. What price and payment conditions do I have with e-commerce?
The same conditions as agreed with Certikin for your trade account.
5. What do I do if I can't find a product I want to buy?
Our website features many of the products available from Certikin. However, if there is a product you cannot find, contact email@example.com and our team will be pleased to assist you.
6. How can I know whether my order was placed correctly, check its status and track it?
For all orders placed, whether they be via the website, phone or email you can find full details in the “My Orders” section.
7. How can I amend or cancel an order that has been placed?
Orders cannot be cancelled via the website, however if you need to amend or cancel an order please contact our Sales Order Processing Team on 01993 778855 or be emailing firstname.lastname@example.org quoting the relevant order number that appear in the “My Orders” section.
