LTLOAN | Leak Track loan (3 days)

In the unlikely event that a liner should spring a leak, finding the area or areas which are problematic can be very time consuming, very frustrating and very costly.

Anderson’s unique electronic leak detection kit simplifies this issue and allows the quick location of water loss points without draining the water and without getting into the pool – saving time and money.

This sophisticated but simple device puts a small electrical charge into the pool water. The charge seeks a point to earth and since the pool liner is an excellent electrical insulator the only points to earth are made through conductive penetration in the liner, i.e. holes! The Leak-Trac system detects electrical current flow in the water and therefore identifies these ‘earth connections’ and produces an audible signal that will lead the operator to the point of the leak.

The Leak-Trac system will work on any water containing vessel with an electrically insulating shell, e.g. vinyl liner, fibreglass, acrylic etc.

The Leak-Trac is available to order and keep as a full new kit, or we can arrange for one of the kits we own to be loaned, used and returned for a fee. The loan period is for three working days, excluding carriage time, and the cost includes dispatch and return transport, plus use of helpful consumables which Certikin add to the loan kit (detection dye and flexible sealer). Evidence of condition and content of the kit will be recorded before each dispatch, and any discrepancies, breakages or return failures will be charged at a fee up to the full sale price of the kit. Conditions and user instructions will be sent for approval before dispatch to confirm and authorise the transaction.
