Important Customer Notice

As you will be aware a third national lockdown is now upon us and, as before, Certikin will remain open for business.

Our stock is more than adequate to fulfil the majority of requirements. However, some areas of the business continue to see unusually strong demand or are facing pressures along the supply chain as a result of wider Covid-19 and/or Brexit related implications, but we are working hard to manage these. We will continue to give updates regarding the general flow of business via email and on our social platforms, so that you are best advised of these situations.

Whilst these latest restrictions are in place, we would like to reassure you that we will continue our policy of following and complying with all Government and HSE guidelines in relation to operating our business – our first priority being the safety of our staff and customers.

We all now face even greater challenges from the increasing threat of the Coronavirus. Throughout the pandemic members of staff have worked within our Covid-safe premises or from home and we are now making arrangements for even more of our staff to work from home. All homeworking staff are equipped to help as usual via phone and email and will do their utmost to provide the highest levels of Customer Service. Please be patient with our staff and try to contact by email where possible. For those members of staff who cannot work from home, including those who need to attend customer sites, we continue to implement the correct measures to ensure that their working environment is safe.
