Pricing
All prices are recommended retail (in £'s sterling),
ex-works and are subject to delivery charge and
VAT (where applicable).
Please note that payments by credit card will incur
a transaction charge of 2% of the order value. |

Checking of goods must be done at the time of
delivery. Goods damaged during delivery must be
reported within three working days of delivery. Any
damage reported after three days will not be
accepted under any circumstances. |

Hazardous chemical charge
As a result of recent changes in UK transport
legislation a Hazardous Goods charge of £11.00 will
be charged on every invoice which includes
hazardous chemicals (as identified by a UN
number). A complete list of the products affected is
available from the CertiChem department. |
| 5a. |
Procedure for returning goods
If any item is delivered incorrectly, damaged or
faulty, or is to be returned under a warranty claim
or for any other reason, the following procedure
should be followed:- |

Contact Certikin Customer Services Dept or
Sales to obtain a Goods Return Authorisation
(details of the original invoice/ delivery note will
be required, along with the reason for return,
and method of intended return at the time of your
Call). |
| ii) |
This authorisation will be faxed to you and a
copy of this fax must be clearly attached to the
item or package being returned. |
| iii) |
If a credit note, replacement part, or some
other form of acknowledgement has not been
received within two weeks of returning the item,
please contact Customer Services to ensure
that the 'query' is in the process of being dealt
with. Items incorrectly ordered or not required, will
be restocked without a restocking charge, providing
they are returned in perfect condition (including the condition of their original carton if
applicable) and providing they are returned
within two weeks of the original delivery
date. Items 'older' than this or where the carton (if
applicable) is damaged, will be subject to a
restocking charge of £20.00 or 20% of the invoiced
value whichever is the greater.
WE REGRET THAT GOODS MORE THAN THREE
MONTHS OLD WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR
RETURN.
Exceptions to item 5 |
| iiii) |
All items that fall into the category of
perishable products, or products subject to batch
colour production. These cannot be returned and
the main examples are listed below:-
- Perishables - Chemicals / Fragrances /
Test Tablets / Test Reagents /
Tile Grout Adhesive
- Batch Control - Pacelite / Paint / Copings
- Any 'one off' special orders.
Please note - UK only - It is possible to return
items on Certikin transport at the time of a regular
delivery providing a Goods Return Authorisation has
been obtained in advance (and space permitting) but a signed acknowledgement from the driver must be obtained for any such parts or equipment involved. A copy of this acknowledgement may be called for
in the event of a subsequent query regarding such
returns. See also Guideline note 4. |

If it has been agreed for Certikin to issue
replacement part(s) for repair of equipment still
under warranty, an invoice for the part(s) will be
raised accordingly. The invoice will be credited only
when suspected faulty part(s) have been returned,
inspected and found to be faulty. Please ensure that
suspected faulty part(s) are returned in accordance
with the above 'Goods Returns' procedure. |

Photography
All photographs and illustrations are for guidance
only. We reserve the right to make minor
alterations without notification. No images are to
be reproduced without prior permission from
Certikin International. |
